Found this place on a visit to the area. Having lived in Texas, I’m always on the lookout for good bbq. We ate there on a Sunday for lunch. Three of us had brisket, one had pulled pork, and one ribs. Everyone enjoyed their food. There was enough brisket left over to make another sandwich so the portions were well sized. The brisket was a touch on the salty side but not overly so.

My wife and I decided to try BC BBQ for dinner last night and picked up a sampling of their meat choices. My favorite item was the hog leg. It was fall off the bone tender with a good smoked flavor and absolutely delicious. The pulled pork and chicken were good. I did enjoy the brisket which also had a wonderful smoked flavor. My wife and I both liked their house bbq sauce.

Today’s order was for a pulled pork sandwich and two Hog Wings. The out the door price was just shy of $12. My SO said the pork sandwich was nice sized, the meat was juicy, and had a very good smokey flavor. The Hog Wings ($3 each) are hard to describe. It is a pork rib bone with pork meat that resembles a chicken drumstick. Like her sandwich, the meat was smoky, tasty and juicy. 2 of them made for a moderately sized lunch.
